Hi, I’m Nick-the guy behind Driftless Outdoor Dad.

This channel is all about getting outside and making the most of what the Midwest has to offer. From chasing whitetails, walleyes, and turkeys, to gardening, skiing, and camping under the stars, I share real outdoor experiences the way they actually happen — cold hands, early mornings, pressured spots, and the heartbreaks of missed opportunities. Driftless Outdoor Dad isn’t about fancy gear or secret honey holes. It’s about easy access to the outdoors, learning as you go, and doing it with the people you love. Sometimes that means solo grind days on the ice, and other times it means bringing family along and showing that outdoor traditions are meant to be shared.
